Before the business is registered: estimates sent are for information only. No contract is concluded, no deposit is requested and no invoice is issued before CAPITALE is registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises.

Quotes and prices
Every project starts with a detailed quote, free and valid for 30 days. Belgian small business VAT exemption scheme (régime particulier de franchise des petites entreprises) — VAT not applicable. Work begins upon written acceptance of the quote and a 40% deposit.
Process
Four steps: discovery, design, build, launch. The schedule is agreed at the start — it holds as long as content (copy, photos, access) arrives on the agreed dates.
Revisions
The design phase includes two rounds of revisions. Requests outside the original scope are priced and approved before any work — no surprises on the invoice.
Payment
The balance is due at launch. Payment in three instalments is possible, with no interest or fees. Invoices are payable within 15 days.
Ownership
Once the balance is paid, the deliverables are yours: design, code, copy produced, domain name. CAPITALE keeps the right to show the project in its portfolio unless you ask otherwise.
Warranty and maintenance
30 days of tweaks are included after launch: bug fixes and minor adjustments. Monthly maintenance (€39 (VAT not applicable) per month) is optional and can be cancelled at any time.
Cancellation
If you cancel after work has started, the deposit covers the work already done; if that work exceeds the deposit, it is invoiced pro rata, and any unused part of the deposit is refunded.
If you are a consumer
When the contract is concluded at a distance (by email, phone or online), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from acceptance of the quote, without giving any reason, by writing to contact@capitale.design. If you expressly ask for work to start during that period, you may still withdraw, but the work done up to that point will be invoiced pro rata; once the service has been fully performed with your agreement, the right of withdrawal no longer applies. In case of a dispute, you may also contact the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service.
Disputes
Belgian law applies. If we disagree, we always start by talking it through. Failing agreement, the courts of Brussels have jurisdiction, unless the law allows a consumer to bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence.
