What data, why, and on what basis?

Name, email and message are required to reply to you; without them we cannot handle your request. No data is sold, rented or used for advertising. No automated decisions are made about you.
Who receives your data?
Only Noah Vangrieken, and the following technical providers acting on our behalf:
- Vercel Inc. — hosting of the website and of the function that receives the form.
- Discord Inc. — notifying the studio of new form messages.
- Our email provider (Gmail (Google) · ImprovMX · Resend) — storing the emails we exchange with you.
If you choose to contact us on WhatsApp, that service (WhatsApp Ireland Ltd., Meta group) also processes your messages under its own terms; use email or the form if you prefer not to.
Some of these providers are based in the United States. Data transfers rely on the EU–US adequacy decision (Data Privacy Framework) for certified providers and, failing that, on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses included in their terms.
The website’s fonts and libraries are hosted on our own servers: your browser contacts neither Google Fonts nor any other third-party service.
Your rights
- Access to your data and a copy of it;
- Rectification and erasure;
- Restriction of and objection to processing;
- Data portability;
To exercise them, write to contact@capitale.design. We reply within one month and may ask you to confirm your identity. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels.
Security
Encrypted connection (HTTPS), security headers, the message destination is never visible in the website’s code, and access to requests is restricted to Noah Vangrieken.
