When a matter is opened, a retainer may be requested. It is deducted from the final invoice, and we send you a statement at every stage.
Second-line legal aid depends on income and is for individuals. As our firm focuses on businesses, we will refer you to the legal aid office if needed.
Often, yes. You are free to choose your lawyer; we deal directly with your insurer when the policy allows.
